In this paper we have discribad the development of concave shape row of silver-copper al-loy in use for 0.1 million and 0.2 million kilowatt turbogenerator rotors by the use of precise cold form process, given out that practical pass system for precise cold rolling which is used in batches production and the property of its produts reach the international standard. We have also given out the test results of rolling load, the microstructure and properties of produets and the main points of the rolling process,...

We have also given out the test results of rolling load, the microstructure and properties of produets and the main points of the rolling process, presented the evaluation of the products and the process, and practical situation of the equipment.

论述了采用精密冷轧新的成型工艺,研制10万、20万kW汽轮发电机转子用银铜合金凹形排的方法,给出了能进行批量生产并达到国际标准产品精密冷轧实用型系统、轧制工艺要点、轧制压力、金相显微组织和性能检测结果,附述了对产品和新工艺的鉴定评价和生产装机实用情况。

本文针对我国叶片锻造技术不能满足现代航空发动机生产要求的现状,建议从设备和工艺两个方面对叶片锻造技术进行改造。已损坏的热模锻压力机用新型设备取代;还能正常使用的热模锻压力机,换上新型模座,采用吻合板精锻法进行叶片精锻。该原则同样也适用于汽车和拖拉机零件及汽轮发电机叶片的锻造技术改造。

This paper reflectes the relationship between the accuracy of the reaming (the soundness error and the suface roughness) and the cutting quantity, in the integrated place of two kinds of materials with the greater difference in the strength and the hardness, by the test resarch on the reaming in the integrated place in two kinds of materais (Crl6Ni5 and 20SiMn).This solution of the test has the important guiding significance to catting key hole between the guide blade and the revolving arm of the water turbogenerator....

本文通过对Cr16Ni5与20SiMn两种材料结合处饺孔的试验研究,反映出两种强度、硬度相差较大的材料结合处,铰孔的圆度误差和表面粗糙度与切削用量之间的关系.这一试验研究对于水轮发电机导叶与转臂间键孔的加工有重要的指导意义.
