In this paper the structural model analysis is used to research the dynamic characteristics of large turbogenerator frame and the measures applied to the suppression of the severe vibration, The measuring method of dynamic elastic modulus of model material and vibration test scheme of frame are described. In this paper the structural model analysis is used to research the dynamic characteristics of large turbogenerator frame and the measures applied to the suppression of the severe vibration, The measuring method of dynamic elastic modulus of model material and vibration test scheme of frame are described. The natural frequency and mode shapes of frame, the effects of vibration isolation and suppression, and all the factors that affect the vibration characteristics of generator frame are disscussed. The results of the research have been applied to two generators. The severe vibration of generator stator frame was eliminated. The largest vibration of the generator frame (double amplitude) was reduced from 140—260μm to 10—30μm in one case and from 90—210μm to 10μm in another.

本文采用结构模型分析方法对大型发电机机座的动力特性法其消振措施进行了多方面研究。文中介绍了研究中采用的模型材料动力弹性模量测定方法、机座振动试验方案、机座固有频率和振型、内外机座的隔振效果、以及各种影响因素的效应和各种消振措施的研究结果。研究结果在某大型发电机机座振动的消振研究中应用,取得了显著的效果。

汽轮发电机组的振动故障具有多样性的特点 ,经常出现多种故障同时发生的情况。文中介绍了一种在节约覆盖集理论框架上集成概率推理的诊断模型 ,并在此基础上建立了汽轮发电机组振动多故障诊断的实用模型。以某汽轮发电机组的 2类振动多故障为例验证了该方法的有效性。该模型能有效地识别出汽轮发电机组的多故障 ,弥补了专家系统和神经网络等诊断方法不能正确诊断多故障的不足 ,具有较高的诊断可靠性和实用性
