Taking a huge turbogenerator set as its background, this paper discusses the vibration analysis of such a system by using the impedance matching method, combined with the Riccati transfer matrix method and modal analysis, and satisfactory results are obtained. The methods, as shown by calculations, have the advantages of simplicity, practice and flexibility. In addition, the interrelations between the natural frequencies of the whole system and of the subsystems (rotor, foundations, etc. ) are easily revealed by the methods, and it is of benefit to the dynamic analysis of a compound system. Examples and results are given in the paper.

本文以大型汽轮发电机组及其框架基础为背景,利用阻抗匹配法,配合以Riccati传递矩阵法和模态分析法,进行了大型转子-轴承-基础系统的振动分析,取得了满意的结果。分析计算表明:这一方法简便、实用、灵活,它易于揭示整个系统的固有频率与转子、基础等子系统的固有频率之间的内在联系,这对于复合系统的动力分析是很有益处的。 文中给出了算例和结果分析。

This paper describes a transfer matrix method for calculating damped critical speeds and the threshold speed of instability of general flexible rotor in fluid-film journal bearings. This method employs the block matrices for one-shot transfer along the rotor, then, the coefficients of the characteristic polynomial can be obtained directly,finally,all complex eigenvalues are found in proper order. A corresponding computational program has been developed.The execution time needed for this program is much less than that of the old transfer matrix method, and this program can enormously save storage requirements. To illustrate the application of this method, calculations performedon a model rotor and an actual turbine rotor of 200MW turbogenerator and their calculation results are given in this paper.

本文提出了转子——支承系统阻尼固有频率的一种计算方法,即采用Riccati分块矩阵递推,直接得到系统的特征多项式L(S)=0,然后用Bairstow-Newton法迭代解出全部特征根。和传统的传递矩阵法比,该法计算速度快,占用内存少,避免了数值不稳定和丢根,且可依次求得系统的全部解。文中对一模型转子和国产20万千瓦汽轮机转子系统做了计算,计算结果与实测值较好地接近。这个方法将有助于诸如汽轮发电机组这样的高速大型旋转机械的合理设计和可靠运行。

In this paper, the method of comparing the mode strain energy of every natural frequencies is used to distinguish the significant vibration frequencies of rotor system from the multitudinous natural frequencies of system and then the critical spin speed of system can be determined. Finally, the dynamic analysis of a 500. mw. turbogenerator system is carried out.

本文对大型汽轮发电机组-基础-土壤系统采用模态综合技术进行了动力分析.用弹性半空间理论建立土壤的模型,基础底板则通过弹性薄板的李兹(Ritz)函数近似解的形式来描述.用三维梁单元来建立基础底板以上的框架结构和转子系统的运动方程.此外,还用模态应变能的相对大小,在这种复杂机械结构系统存在的众多固有频率中,区分出哪些是属于主要为转子系统的固有频率,称为“重要振动固有频率”,以确定系统的临界转速.最后,对引进的一台500MW汽轮发电机组的动力特性进行了分析.
