This contribution is intended to give a brief description of some tunnel tests of wide and narrow cascade blades as well as the dynamic tests of turbine stage and show that the narrow cascade blades with the ribs may raise the cascade efficiency of tfe axial flow impulse turbine stage with small relative biade height. It has. been proved from power plant field tests that if the strength and rigidity of the diaphragm are kept, a number of ribs in the high pressure diaphragm of the Chinese-built 125MW steam turbine...

This contribution is intended to give a brief description of some tunnel tests of wide and narrow cascade blades as well as the dynamic tests of turbine stage and show that the narrow cascade blades with the ribs may raise the cascade efficiency of tfe axial flow impulse turbine stage with small relative biade height. It has. been proved from power plant field tests that if the strength and rigidity of the diaphragm are kept, a number of ribs in the high pressure diaphragm of the Chinese-built 125MW steam turbine can be reduced from 28 to 20 on each stage and an internal efficiency gain of 0.5~1.0% or more in the high pressure part can be abtained. Initial experience shows that the improvement of the structure of the high pressure diaphragm will considerably raise the efficiency of the turbogenerator.

本文在回顾了为数不多的宽、窄叶片静吹风试验与级的动态试验后指出,对相对叶高较小的轴流冲动式汽轮机级,采用带加强筋的窄叶片可提高叶栅效率。同时,通过电厂运行汽轮机实测,证实在确保隔板强度、刚度基础上,对国产12.5万千瓦汽轮机高压隔板加强筋从原有每级隔板28根减少到20根,高压缸内效率提高了0.5~1.0%或更多。实践证明,12.5万千瓦汽轮机高压隔板结构改进后,对提高机组的经济性是有益的。

The features and performance of air preheater leakage control system (main partsimported from U. S. A)in the first 600MW turbogenerator set in this country is briefly describedin this paper. Test measures under cold and hot conditions are introduced and several noteworthyproblems during the test are mentioned.

本文简述主要由美国引进的第一台600MW空气预热器漏风控制系统的性能和特点,重点介绍了该套系统冷、热态调试措施,并提出了在调试中值得注意的若干问题。
