This paper systematically introduces a mathematical model which is capableof predicting the combustion process and the performance parameters of quiescentchamber diesel engines in a wide range of operating conditions.After analysing the features of injection process of diesel engine in lowload condition,this paper establishes the pulse-jet mixing and single droplet isothermal evaporation model.The calculation method based on pulse-jet is usedto individually calculate the sub-entrainment and the sub-evaporation of thefuel packages jeted into the cylinder nonsimultaneously,and then to calculatethe total-entrainment and the total-evaporation of the spray by Duhamel'sintegral(convolution integral).The ignition delay,chemical kinetics,and tem-perature homogenization in the cylinder all simulated in the model.The agreement between theoretical and experimental results is so satisfactorythat the model is fit for using not only in high load conditions but also inlow load ones and for changing the injection timing.Moreover,it can properlyreflect the influence of engine type and injection system structure on engineperformance.On the other hand,the model is useful to the investigations of themechanism of diesel engine combustion and the formation of exhaust emissions.A FORTRAN code depended upon this model is named HCCM 2.2,whichcan be run in a IBM personal computer,in which the CPU time is about twoor three minutes long when time step is 1℃A.The compared calculation indica-tes that the differences in power and peak pressure between 0.1℃A and 1℃Atime step are both less than 2.0 percent.

本文系统地介绍了一个能预测静止燃烧室柴油机多种工况下的燃烧过程及性能参数的燃烧数学模型。经过分析直喷式柴油机在低负荷工况下喷射过程的特点后,文章提出了脉冲射流混合、单油滴等温蒸发模型。模型采用了脉冲喷射方法,分别计算不同时刻喷入气缸的燃油小区的空气卷入及燃油蒸发过程,再用折积的方法计算总空气卷入率及总蒸发率。此外,在模型中还模拟计算了着火迟延期、化学动力学及缸内温度的均匀化过程。理论计算与实验结果的一致性令人十分满意。模型不仅能很好地用于高负荷工况,也可以适用于低负荷工况及改变喷油定时的情况,且能较好地反映发动机及喷射系统结构参数对发动机性能的影响。此外,模型还可对柴油机燃烧及排气污染的机理进行分析研究。此模型的 FORTRAN 程序(HCCM2.2)可以在微型计算机上运行,1℃A 步长时机时约为2~3min(IBM—PC 机)。

The structural features of a new-type thermocouple transducer developed bythe authors for measuring the gas temperature inside the diesel engine cylinder isdescribed in this paper.This device,together with a icrocomputer samplingsystem,was used to measure the gas temperature in the unburnt zone inside thediesel engine cylinder.The measured data were revised with the two-wire method.A two-zone simulation model of heat release calculation is presented.Compared with the conventional heat release calculation,the two-zone model is more useful in the study of diesel combustion and heat release by using gas temperature data as well as gas pressure data as the initial data.A series of parameters,such as the expansion rate of the flame zone,the rate of air entrainment to the flame zone,the transitional stoichiometric equivalent air-fuel ratio of the flame,and so on,are derived from this model,which is most useful in describing the combustion history of a diesel engine.

作者研制了可以用于测量柴油机缸内气体温度的铂--铂铑双丝热电偶传感器,文中叙述了这种热电偶传感器的结构特点。上述传感器与微机快速采样系统联合使用后.作者用双丝法对所采集到的瞬态温度数据进行了修正,从而实测得到双区计算模型所需的缸内气体的温度。本文提出了一种柴油机放热计算的双区计算模型。该模型以实测的未燃区的空气温度作为原始数据之一,与一般的放热计算方法相比,由于多用了一组未燃区的气体温度作为计算中输入的原始数据,它可以算出燃烧过程中任何时刻的燃烧区域的过量空气系数、燃烧区的扩展速率、空气向燃烧区的卷入速率等描述燃烧放热过程的有用参数,因而能够比一般的计算方法更深刻地揭示柴油机燃烧过程进展的特点。
