Based on the test, the shrinkage and crack property of two kinds of fibrous reinforcement soil materials are appraised and analysed with the method of crack-resisting design. The cooperation rate of optimum resisting shrinkage and crack of materials is obtained. A new way for the application of the fibrous reinforcement materials in pavement engineering and crack-resisting design is provided.

本文在纤维半刚性材料温度收缩和干燥收缩基本规律研究的基础上,探讨了纤维土材料抗裂设计的基本思思、方法和评价指标。并且在试验基础上,利用抗裂设计的方法对两种纤维土材料收缩开裂性能进行了评价分析,得出了材料最佳抗收缩开裂的配合比,为纤维土材料在道路工程中的应用和抗裂设计提供了一种途径。

The permeability of fibrous reinforcement is the important parameter for studying and simulating RTM process. In this paper, the unidirectional glass fabric was used to determine the permeability of different kinds of layers under constant injection pressure. During the experiment, the long axis and the short axis of the ellipse, which was formed by the resin flowing in the fabric, were recorded, and the Darcy's law was used to calculate the permeability. The permeability of fibrous reinforcement is the important parameter for studying and simulating RTM process. In this paper, the unidirectional glass fabric was used to determine the permeability of different kinds of layers under constant injection pressure. During the experiment, the long axis and the short axis of the ellipse, which was formed by the resin flowing in the fabric, were recorded, and the Darcy's law was used to calculate the permeability. The effect of layers on permeability was studied. The results indicate that the orientation of layers influences the value and principal direction of permeability, and it can be determined by the superposition of the ellipse of each single layer.

增强材料的渗透率是研究和模拟 RTM工艺的关键参数。采用单向玻璃纤维织物 ,在恒定的注射压力下 ,通过记录树脂在织物内流动前缘椭圆长、短轴随时间的变化 ,利用 Darcy定律测定了不同铺层方式下织物的渗透率 ,研究了铺层方式对织物渗透率的影响。实验证明 ,铺层方式改变时 ,织物的渗透率大小和主轴方向发生改变 ,其关系符合椭圆的叠加原理
