The Ni-Cr alloy used in CAI bake porcolain is composed of Ni,Cr,Mo and some trace metals. It is a high-fusing casting alloy, possessing good physical properties, appropriate expansion coefficient and melting point. It can be used with German Made vita porcelain powder to fabricate metal-baked-porcelain restorations and in casting inlays, crowns,cast cores and fixed bridges.This paper reports 180 restorations in 108 patients with a followup period of 6.5 years, The result demonstrates that the combining capability of the Ni-Cr alloy in CAI bake porcelain with vita porcelain powder can meet the clinical requirement. The rate of failure is 3.33%, includ- ing faults in clinical and laboratory factors. After used in mouth for 6.5 years, the surfaces of the alloy are still lustrous without signs of corrosion,illustrating its good corrosion resistance.

对108例使用CAI烤瓷用镍铬合金和Vita瓷粉制成180个金属烤瓷修复体.追踪观察6年半发现该种合金与Vita瓷粉结合牢固符合临床要求,失败率仅为8.33%:金属表面仍保持光泽,未见到腐蚀现象,说明该种材料耐腐蚀性能良好。并分析了失败原因,提出了临床需要注意的问题和预防措施。
