本文在论述生物化学需氧过程分两个阶段以及硝化作用产生的影响之后,具体介绍了抑制硝化作用的各种杀菌法和投加化学抑制剂法,并指明以投加氯化铵或TCMP较为有效。建议在有关废水及地面水的BOD测定中,把抑制硝化作为例行分析步骤。本文可以提供国家制定统一的测试标准作参考,也可供实际分析、监测人员选择采用。

In the third stage nitrification process the waterfilm also has a higher NH_4 removal and Nox/N percentage than the same stage tankwater. The NH_4 removal from the third stage tankwater is like the COD removal from the first stage tankwater, i.e. 35% also. The removal of the contaminant and the waterflow which biomass has carried, depend on the biosurface form and structure and rotational speed of the biological contactor. The shaggy biosurface with many macroscopic filaments is more effective than without them. While the rotational speed of the biological contactor slows down, the carried waterflow slows down, too, and the waterquality becomes more better.

通过对旋转生物转盘生物膜表面上形成的流动水膜的本试验研究,清楚地证实了,在十几秒到几十秒的极短时间内此水膜已得到相当好的处理。在有机负荷BOD_59.2克/米~2天时,一个三级转盘系统,其第一级盘上水膜的BOD_5值始终低于二级出水,只比三级出水BOD_5值略高些。与同级槽水比较,该水膜COD平均减少35%,在第三级硝化过程中,其水膜的氨氮去除率和N_(ox)/N百分数也比同级槽水高得多,其氨氮减少情况类似第一级的COD,即也在35%左右。生物膜携带的膜水量和其对污染物的去除程度与生物膜的形状和构造及转速等有关。具有较明显的毛状生物膜比一般无毛的凹凸膜效果要好。转速减少时,携带水量有所下降,但膜水水质变得好些。本试验还证实了,水膜不仅迅速从空气中吸收氧,而且由于迅速将水中CO_2吹脱到空气中而使水膜PH值有所提高。

This paper deals with the inhibitory effects of nitrification inhibitors (HCT, CP and MDCT) on the Nitrite bacteria. The effects obtained from the Nitrite bacteria in five main soils in Shaanxi province were Obvious. CP was the strongest among the nitrification inhibitors. As to the type of soil, the Nitrite bacteria in paddy soils of HanZhong and yellow soft soil of Yan'an were inhibited strongly by nitrification inhibitors.

硝化抑制剂HCT,CP和MDCT施于五类耕作土壤,发现它们对土壤中的硝化过程均有明显的抑制作用。其中以CP的抑制强度最大,持续时间最长;就土类看,对黄绵土和水稻土的硝化抑制作用较好。
