Reliability of the method developed in the laboratory for direct measurement of (N2+ N2O+NOx)-15N from nitrification-denitrification was examined in the present paper. The results showed that the amount of (N22+N2O+NOx)-15N produced thuough denitrification of added 15N-nitrate by the two methods (15N enrichment of the NO3-N pool undergoing denitrification, and 15N enrichment of the gas samples) were measured accurately; the recovery of added 15N-nitrate as (N2+N2O+NOx)-15N from denitrification was up to...

The results showed that the amount of (N22+N2O+NOx)-15N produced thuough denitrification of added 15N-nitrate by the two methods (15N enrichment of the NO3-N pool undergoing denitrification, and 15N enrichment of the gas samples) were measured accurately; the recovery of added 15N-nitrate as (N2+N2O+NOx)-15N from denitrification was up to 94. 1% in the flooded incubation experiment. The error of the method was increased with decrease in 15N enrichment of gas samples. It is concluded that the method is reliably. Therefore, investigation on nitrification-denitrification loss of fertilizer nitrogen can be done by using the method.

本文对~(15)N示踪—质谱法的可靠性进行了检验。结果表明,在不同的~(15)N丰度气体样品的测定中,用两种方法(反硝化作用源的~(15)N丰度法和气样的~(15)N丰度法)计得的反硝化损失量基本一致,故建立起来的~(15)N示踪—质谱法是可靠的。该方法的测定偏差随气样~(15)N丰度的降低而增大。此外,回收率结果表明,(N_2+N_2O+NO_2)-~(15)N累积释放量占加入NO_3-~(15)N量的94.1%。因此,这一方法可用于直接测定氮肥的硝化—反硝化损失的研究中。

Three techniques for estimating nitrification rates in flooded

采用3种测定硝化速率的技术,对3种土壤短期培养进行了测定,这3种技术分别为铵氧化抑制法、硝酸氧化抑制法和同位素稀释法。硝酸氧化抑制法测定的硝化速率偏低,在供试的4种硝化抑制剂中,氰化钾、AMT和DMU均属于非专性,氯酸钾基本不显效果。在4种铵氧化抑制剂中,2EP和PA的酒精溶液会促进铵的固定,乙炔和2EP的乳状、液抑制铵氧化的效果相似,对氮的矿化与固定速率影响不大,ATU基本无效。两种同位素稀释性测定的硝化速率基本相同,其测定结果与铵氧化抑制法的测定结果在供试的一种土壤上相吻合,但在另两种土壤上前者测定结果偏低,这可能是由于硝酸还原产生的铵硝化后导致对硝化速率的低估。
