For cross-linking purpose, a new type aromatic dimethacrylate monomer containing sulfone group, bisphenol-S-bis (3-methacrylato-2-hydroxy propyl) ether (BisS-GMA) has been synthesized from methyl methacrylate through three steps: i.e. via sa-ponification to glycidyl methacrylate and then reacted with bisphenol-S. This Bis-S type monomer BisS-GMA is more reactive toward cross-linking polymerization than the corresponding Bis-GMA type monomer, bisphenol-A-bis-(3-methacrylato-2-hydroxy propyl)...

For cross-linking purpose, a new type aromatic dimethacrylate monomer containing sulfone group, bisphenol-S-bis (3-methacrylato-2-hydroxy propyl) ether (BisS-GMA) has been synthesized from methyl methacrylate through three steps: i.e. via sa-ponification to glycidyl methacrylate and then reacted with bisphenol-S. This Bis-S type monomer BisS-GMA is more reactive toward cross-linking polymerization than the corresponding Bis-GMA type monomer, bisphenol-A-bis-(3-methacrylato-2-hydroxy propyl) ether, and the Bis-S type polymer shows greater adhesive strength than that of Bis-GMA. The radical polymerization is induced either by UV light or by peroxide-amine (BPO-DMT, BPO-DHBT) redoz system. Moreover, a typical composite resin consisting of some quartz filler pretreated with a silane coupling agent and the mentioned BisS-GMA binder, has been prepared with promising mechanical properties such as rather high compresion strength, high hardness, low abrasion and low expansion coefficient.

In this paper are described factors that exercise an influence on life of cold extrusion punch, are analysed all destruction of punch, structure on its life.It is done to analyse the stress state of punch by stress test. It is pointed out that role of punch structure in prolongation of its life is very great.Influence of stress concentration has been observed by mechanical ana- lysis and photoelastic test and by comparing photoelastic model pictures of original and improved punch structure. Authors put on the permissible value of minimum filled radius of cup extrusion punch under different extrusion pressure by calculating stress concentration factor. In order to analyse further the stress distribution in punch, authors calculated stress and deformation of punch by finite element method and find out the stress concentration factor as well as region of the most dangerous section which is found by calculation agree with practical destroyed section. Authors put on the structure of composite punch of new type and compare furtber these improved structures. The better effects appear through use in factory production for long time. At last authors put into conclusion the advantage which the composite punch has from production practice.

本文论述了影响冷挤压凸模寿命的因素,分析凸模的各种破坏状态,而后着重分析凸模结构对寿命的影响。通过应力测试对凸模的应力状态进行分析,凸模的应力特点是交变应力,单位应力高,还存在附加弯曲应力及温度疲劳应力的影响,指出凸模的结构对提高寿命有很大作用。通过力学分析和光弹性力学模型试验,对原凸模结构和改进后的凸模结构进行光弹性模型照片的比较,观察到应力集中的影响,并通过应力集中系数的计算,提出不同单位挤压力时反挤压凸模的最小圆角半径值。为了进一步分析凸模内应力分布状况,用有限单元法对凸模进行计算,求出应力集中值及最危险断面区域,与实际破坏断面完全符合。根据分析提出新型组合凸模的结构,并对几种改进结构作进一步比较。通过工厂生产的比较长期使用,获得较好的效果。最后从生产实践总结组合凸模具有的优点。

Ampicillin waste water was treated biochemically by the contact oxidation method.After treatment,the BOD5, sulfides and MLSS of the waste water meets the requirements of the National Treated Water Stan-dard.In the contact tower, a new type of filter was used to prevent blocking.The facility has run smoothly for one year.

用接触氧化法对氨苄青霉素的生产废水进行了生化处理试验,出水的BOD5、硫化物、悬浮物等都达到了国家排放标准。本文选用了一种新型的填料,克服了接触氧化塔易发生堵塞的缺点。处理设备一年来运行正常。
