杏仁粕是苦杏仁提取油和甙以后的废渣,为合理开发利用废物资源,我们测定了其营养成分并进行初步分析。测定结果表明,杏仁粕中含16种氨基酸,其中谷氨酸含量最高(6.91%);必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的42%;蛋白质含量为42.92%;总能量高达20937kJ/kg,还含有脂肪、钙、镁等多种营养成分,这将为开发利用高蛋白营养饲料提供有用的依据。
