本文对25例男性不育症患者的睾丸活检组织进行了超微结构观察。结果表明不育症患者睾丸曲细精管界膜有显著变化,主要为界膜增厚、界膜纤维化、基膜样物质沉积、肌样细胞变性及肥大细胞增多。间质中可见结缔组织增生或小血管内皮细胞肿胀。支持细胞有空泡变性,支持细胞综合症患者的支持细胞呈未成熟型,支持细胞间未形成复合连接,而在其它病例,则有血睾屏障存在。

We found that the lanthanum nitrate wasmostky distributed in the intercellular spacesbetween spermatogonia and Sertoli cell, andsome of the lanthanum was found to extendinwards from this intercellular space for avery short distance and then, to be stoppedby the tight junction. Occasionally, the lan-thanum was also seen above the earlierprimary spermatocytes. All the above findings suggest that theposition and the structure of the tight junc-tion between Sertoli cells in the seminiferoustobules remain unchanged and the blood-testis barrier undamaged.

作者用微波照射大鼠睾丸后,以硝酸镧作示踪剂,于照后1天、7天、14天和70天,用电镜观察20只大鼠血睾屏障的变化。结果发现,血屏睾障的结构和对硝酸镧的通透性均未见异常。
