By this means, Compact process and compact mechanism have been tested and studied systimatically, and the relations of qualify and quantify between impact dynamic curve, mold compacting effect and parameters of compact mechanism, being tested under approximate production condition, have been determined. It provides the basis for design optimizatin of air impact compact mechanism. On account of impact valve is the core of impact compact mechanism, the main approach to improve the impact valve performance is to raise the increasing rate of choke area and enlarge the maximum choke area.

通过采用具有高频响应性能的压电传感器和高采样频率的数字记忆存储示波器,捕获冲击紧实过程中各种瞬态信号,绘制出空气冲击造型过程的动态曲线。并以此为手段,对紧实过程和紧实机构进行了系统的试验与研究。在接近于生产条件下的试验基础上,获得了冲击动态曲线,砂型紧实效果、紧实机构参数之间的定性和定量关系,为空气冲击紧实机构的优化设计提供了依据。冲击阀是空气冲击紧实机构的核心,提高冲击阀性能的主要途径是提高其阻流面积增长速率,并相应加大最大阻流面积。

This paper described the construction of air impulse mechanism with the impact valve and its working principle. The chief factors effecting on the initial opening speed of the impact valve have been studied both in theory and experiment. The results reveal that a high initial opening speed of the impact valve is the key influence on speed dp_1 /dt of pressure increasing (especial on initial speed of pressure increasing) and mold compacting effect.

文中介绍了撞击式冲击阀气冲机构的结构、工作原理及开启过程的运动分析,并对影响冲击阀开启初速度的主要因素进行了理论探讨和实验研究。从而得出:冲击阀开启初速度是影响升压速度dp_1/dt(尤其是刚开始进气时的升压速度)和型砂紧实效果的关键。
