Improved rheocast process was studied for performing the high quality of Al alloy casting made of the preparation of the metal slurries. The measures taken for reducing the porosity of die casting have been investigated. It was shown that the conventional diecasting is not to be compared with the rheocasting for ZL104 and ZL702 as well as other Al alloys. The hydrogen content may be much lowered, and the bulging surface on the casting may be much improved after heat treatment.

本文采用流变铸造方法制备铝合金浆料,并对其在压铸件中产生的气泡进行了研究。结果表明此种方法使压铸件中氢含量降低、气泡减少,再经热处理时铸件表面鼓泡现象显著改善。实践证明,采用流变铸造铝合金可明显提高铸件的质量。

The experimental results are shown that the casting quality by rheo-casting is superior to that of conventional die casting. By the use of combination of rheo-slurry (semi-solid aluminium alloy) with vortex stirring processes, many compositions of aluminium alloy with portionlate and fibrous nonmetals can be produced. Some of them, such as Al-graphite composite possess excelent antifriction and wear resistant properties, high damping rate and good machinability.

本文综述作者们在流变铸造及铝基复合材料方面的研究结果。流变铸造的铸件质量比普通压铸件好。采用流变料浆(半固态合金)与旋涡法搅拌工艺相结合,可方便地制备多种铝基复合材料。某些复合材料(例如A1-石墨)具有特殊的摩擦磨损性能,高的衰减率及良好的切削性能。

This paper describe s the results of investigations in chamical compositions and mechanical properties of a new zinc base casting alloys system——Z_(ZnAl27Cu2), Z_(ZnAl22Cul), Z_(ZnAl12Cul) and Z_(ZnAl6Cul). Their mechanical properties in various casting states (Sand Casting, Permanent Mold, Die Casting, Graphite Mold and Centrifugal Casting) have been given.

研究了新型锌基铸造合金系列的化学成份和机械性能,得出了Z_(ZnAl17Cu2)、Z_(ZnAl22Cu1)、Z_(ZnAl12Cu1)和Z_(ZnAl5Cu1)各合金在不同铸造工艺(砂型、金属型、压铸、石墨型和离心铸造等)条件下的机械性能。
