    In the Present Paper the relation-ship among several Parameters in the Process of low-Pressure die casting filling control is verified using mathematical language, and as a result we have designed a type of control system named《CLP- Ⅲ. Through "cold" experiments and "on spot" application it is confirmed that the theory dcveloped in this Paper is correct and the designed system is successful.
