Objective To study the conditions and alterations of dentin tubule orifices after fluoride iontophoresis into hypersensitive dentin. Methods The dentin was exposed on the permanent teeth of two monkeys and five volunteers. The experimental group were treated with fluoride iontophoresis,and the control group,with deionized water iontophoresis. The conditions and alterations of dentin tubule orifices were observed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Results The dentin tubule orifices could be opened by mechanical exposing and etching dentin to remove smear layer,and the opened dentin tubules could be blocked effectively by the crystals formed after 2% sodium fluoride iontophoresis.Conclusion It is effective that fluoride iontophoresis treats dentin hypersensitivity.

目的 研究氟离子导入过敏牙本质后牙本质小管的形态变化。方法 在两只恒河猴及五名志愿者的健康恒牙上暴露牙本质 ,实验组行氟离子导入 ,对照组行去离子水导入 ,利用扫描电镜观察牙本质小管形态变化。结果 机械暴露牙本质后再进行酸处理 ,可以去除牙本质玷污层 ,开放牙本质小管 ;2 %NaF离子导入所形成的晶体对开放的牙本质小管具有良好的堵塞作用。结论 氟离子导入法治疗牙本质过敏症是有效的。

目的 :研究极固宁TM治疗牙本质过敏的疗效规察。方法 :用极固宁TM液体 1,极固宁TM液体 2敷于牙齿表面各 10s ,使牙本质脱敏。结果 :即刻治疗后显效的患牙为 90 .3% ,一周疗效为 82 .2 %一月疗效为 76 .8% ,半年疗效为 73.1%。结论 :极固宁TM治疗牙本质过敏起效快 ,操作简便 ,是治疗牙本质过敏的有效药物。

应用不同能量的脉冲Nd:YAG激光照射牙本质敏感牙和根管内壁,观察其病理及扫描电镜改变。结果表明,低功率,高能量密度激光照射,对正常牙组织无损伤;扫描电镜观察牙本质产生熔融层可伸入牙本质小管15μm,封闭部份小管口,达到治疗作用;根管内壁经常规处理与常规处理加激光照射后对照,经照射壁表玷污层消除,产生熔融层,有利于牙根治疗。
