The results showed that. by the third day of culture, the proliferating star-shaped cells appeared with small cytoplasm and poorly-developed organelles; by the 7th day of the culture, the chondroblast-like cells with rich cytoplasm and well-developed organelles were seen embedded in hyaline matrix. This study suggests that BMP can induce dental pulp cells to differentiate from poorly differentiated state to well-differentiated state.

Odontoblast and dentin damages exist simultaneously. The differentiation of odontoblast relys on the induction of inner enamel cell while the formation of enamel matrix follows the formation of dentin. This interrelation decides that their functions will be inevitably affected when the pathological changes appear. Hence the physical sign of fluorosed tooth forms on the tooth surface when fluorosed.

It suggested that pulsed Nd:YAG laser could seal the dentinal tubules, and could be one of effective methods for dentin hypersensitivity treatment.

应用牙本质通透性测定装置,定量测定脉冲Nd:YAG激光在不同参数条件下照射后对牙本质通透性的影响。结果表明:在4个不同的激光参数条件下,激光照射后牙本质通透性均较照射前呈显著性下降,其中以每秒15个脉冲0.75W的2.0min组和每秒15个脉冲1.00W的2.0min组下降最为明显,与每秒15个脉冲0.75W的1.5min组之间呈显著性差异(FKPFF<0.05)。提示脉冲Nd:YAG激光在一定参数条件下照射,可熔融和封闭牙本质小管,是治疗牙齿敏感症的有效手段之一
