Effects of Nd: YAG laser irradiation on dentin was studied by scanning electron microscope and electron microprobe. The results showed that the dentin surface lased by pulsed Nd: YAG 1aser appeared to be melted and recrystallization; the fracture samples revealed a layer of melted dentin devoid of tubular structure (15μm thick); there were no changes of calcium and phosphorus levels in the melted dentin, only evaporation of water and organic materials.

本文采用扫描电镜和电子探针分析方法,研究脉冲Nd:YAG激光0.75W/15pps,2.0min;562.5J/cm2)照射,对牙本质结构和成分的影响,结果表明:激光照射可造成牙本质表面的熔融和再结晶,牙本质熔融深度约15μm;但牙本质的钙磷含量水平无明显改变。

本文应用国产手性毛细管柱气相色谱法,以酸性异丙醇、三氟乙酸酐为衍生化试剂,对人牙本质中天冬氨酸对映体进行了分离及鉴定。 本实验条件下,天冬氨酸对映体的分离度可达1.2,其他共存氨基酸不干扰测定。方法的最低检出限为0.2pmol,变异系数为D型,7.2%,L型:6.1%,方法的回收率为D型,104.0%,L型:106.0%。

The thermal changes of dental pulp chamer by pulsed Nd: AG dental laser irriadiation on the hu-man permanent teeth were studied in vitro,It was showed that the mean remained dentin thickness was 0.594mm,after irridiation on the dental cavities for 30Sec.<1.5w-20pps and 60Sec.<1.0w-15pps.the thermalchanges in the pulp chamber could be tolerated by the dental pulp.

本文观测了Nd:YAG牙科激光照射离休人牙V类近髓深洞后的髓腔内什温的变化。结果发现:在平均存留牙本质厚度为0.594mm阻隔下,照射30S、<1.5W-20pps和照射60S、<1.0W-15pps所引起的牙髓腔升温可能为牙髓组织所耐受。
