Objective To study the mineralization of transparent layer in dentinal carious lesion.Methods Anaysis of inorganic composition by using of eXL electronic microscopic data process system(EDS) and scanning microscopy.Results Ca/P (W/W) ratio in transparent layer in dentinal carious lesion was significantly higher than normal dentin (P= 0.002 ).Conclusion Mineralization in transparent layer in dentinal carious lesion is higher than normal dentin.

Objective To investigate the metabolic changes of calcium and phosphorus in dentin, dental pulp and periodontium in tail suspended rats, and the functions of TGF β1, c fos, collagen I and collagen IV in dentin, dental pulp and periodentium. Method Relative percentage contents of Ca,P in dentin, dental pulp and periodontium were measured with scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analytical system in 3 groups of rats. The expression of TGF β1, c fos, collagen I and collagen IV were also observed. Result In the suspension group, the relative percentage content of Ca declined significantly, while P increased slightly. There were no significant differences of Ca, P in alveolar bone. The expressions of TGF β1 , c fos and collagen I declined, but the expression of collagen IV in pulp vessel increased. There were no significant changes of expressions of TGF β1, c fos, collagen I and collagen IV in the vicinity of PDL. After adopting artificial countermeasures, the above expressions restored partly. Conclusion Weightlessness might cause abnormal mineralization in dentin, and 1.5 G artificial countermeasures could eliminate the above changes of mineral metabolism. The poor mineralization of dentin might be associated with the reduced secretion of TGF β1, c fos and collagen I in tail suspended rats.

RESULTS: (1)The thickness of the mesial dentin overhang was statistically larger than that of the distal one(P<0.05);(2)The rate that the thickness of the dentin overhang was not zero was statistically larger in the mesial than in the distal (P<0.05); (3)There was statistical correlation between the thickness of mesial and distal dentin overhangs (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Dentin overhangs increased more difficulty for the treatment of mesial root canals than for the distal ones.

目的:采用影像学方法测量下颌第一恒磨牙髓室的各项解剖特征,以期指导临床窝洞的预备和开髓位置的判定。方法: 采用56颗人下颌第一恒磨牙,平行投照拍摄颊舌向X线片。利用Image Pro Plus 5.0软件测量髓顶牙本质厚度、髓底厚度、近中与远中髓壁厚度、髓室高和髓室宽等髓腔指标,分析各个指标的变异程度以及它们之间的相关性。同时测量近中以及远中牙本质悬突厚度与角度的解剖特征,并进行均值比较与相关分析。结果:(1)髓顶牙本质厚度(3.4mm)显著大于髓底厚度(2.3mm);(2) 髓室垂直方向上指标的变异大于水平方向,髓室高度的变异最大;(3)髓室高度与髓室底厚度有统计学负相关关系,而与髓室顶厚度没有统计学相关性;(4)髓室宽度与近中和远中髓壁厚度都存在统计学负相关关系;(5)髓室顶厚度与釉牙本质界到根分叉的距离存在着显著的相关关系。结论:继发性牙本质沉积对于髓室垂直方向上指标影响大于水平方向上指标;髓室高度的降低主要是由于继发性牙本质在髓室底的沉积,与髓顶厚度改变关系不大。
