本文介绍了军备控制中的随机瞬发事件无人值守电子监测技术及其关键设备一随机瞬发信号实时采集器和中心测控处理器的设计。在此基础上,利用市场上已有的有线/无线信道传输设备加以改进,可构成一个灵活的无人值宁远距离遥控随机瞬发事件电子监测系统。它既是军控领域的一个重要研究课题,可用于核爆振源参数的监测、电子侦察、电子哨所等场合,也是一种军民两用技术,可广泛应用于民用场合。
