By applying MBTR-1 dynamometer the deformative force of various labial arehcs and springs made of stainless steel wire and nickel- titanium wire was determined.It proved that the deformative force of nickel-titanium wire was about 1-5 times lower than that of the stainless steel wire.It also suggested that 3 reqirements should be futfilled for the orthodontists to select the suitable kind of wire during designing an orthodontic appliance, 本文应用 MBTR—1型测力仪,测定了不锈钢丝、钛镍丝的各种唇弓和弹簧的变形力。结果钛镍丝的变形力比不锈钢丝低1~5倍。并提出设计矫正器时对丝材选择的三项要求,以供正畸科医师参考。 The purpose of this study was to ob- serve the effect of EBC iontophoresis on increasing the rate of tooth movement in rabbits. 21 rabbits, in whose lower incisors the standard orthodontic appliances were placed, were divided into 3 groups at random which separately received iontophoresis of EBC, iontophe esis and injection of physiological saline at the sub-mucosal area of the lower incisors. This study suggested that iontophoresis of EBC could play an important role in reconstructing the peri-odontum and speeding the tooth movement in rabbits. 为考察复方灯盏花(EBC)离子导入对兔牙移动速度的影响,本实验选择年轻家兔21只,随机分三组,分别在兔下颌切牙牙龈处进行EBC离子导入、生理盐水导入及局部注射。动物下颌切牙均装置统一规格矫正器。结果显示第14天时EBC导入组牙移动距离为4.2754±0.1214(mm);生理盐水导入组及注射组分别为3.337土0.4626(mm)及2.1784±0.2922(mm),有统计学意义。光镜显示EBC导入组牙周压力侧破骨细胞数目多,牙槽硬骨板吸收明显,张力侧有明显新骨堆积,生理盐水导入及注射组缺乏典型的吸收及修复相,表明EBC离子导入在促进兔牙周改建及加速兔牙移动方面发挥了积极作用。 This paper reported that acceleration of tooth movement can be gaind by submucosal injection of some kind of medicine.
