The histologi-cal observation had also found the evidence of the ability of EBC to stimulate osteo-clasts in preiodontal pression side and os-teoblasts in tension. This study suggested that iontophoresis of EBC could play an important role in reconstructing the peri-odontum and speeding the tooth movement in rabbits.

为考察复方灯盏花(EBC)离子导入对兔牙移动速度的影响,本实验选择年轻家兔21只,随机分三组,分别在兔下颌切牙牙龈处进行EBC离子导入、生理盐水导入及局部注射。动物下颌切牙均装置统一规格矫正器。结果显示第14天时EBC导入组牙移动距离为4.2754±0.1214(mm);生理盐水导入组及注射组分别为3.337土0.4626(mm)及2.1784±0.2922(mm),有统计学意义。光镜显示EBC导入组牙周压力侧破骨细胞数目多,牙槽硬骨板吸收明显,张力侧有明显新骨堆积,生理盐水导入及注射组缺乏典型的吸收及修复相,表明EBC离子导入在促进兔牙周改建及加速兔牙移动方面发挥了积极作用。
