The tensile bond strength between enamel and orthodontic bracket mediated by two no mix adhesives and two mix adhesives was tested in case of three experimental conditions. The results showed: 1) for four adhesives the bond strength at the environment of 37℃ and 100%rh was more than 2.5 MPa after 5 min and 6 MPa after 1 day immersion in the water at 37℃, and the bond strength of two no mix adhesives within 1 day rised with increasing of time, 2) there were no remarked differences in bond strength among...

考察了两种非调和型、两种调和型正畸粘接剂在不同浸水时间、放置时间、酸蚀时间条件下的粘接抗张强度。结果表明:①4种粘接剂在37℃、100%rh环境中,5min后的粘接强度均大于25MPa,在37℃水中浸泡1d后的粘接强度均大于6MPa,两种非调和型粘接剂的粘接强度在1d内随时间延长而增加;②在37℃、100%rh环境中,4种粘接剂的液剂先涂于牙面1~10min后再粘接,所得粘接强度无明显变化;③酸蚀牙釉质平滑面15~60s,所得粘接强度均无显著差异,但对未打磨牙釉质,应酸蚀60s。

The tensile bond strength between enamel and orthodontic bracket mediated by a mo-mix orthodontic adhesive fabricated in this department was tested in case of five experimental conditions. The results showed that the adhesive with average tensile bond strength more than 7 MPa featured no mix, plenty of working time and enough initialand durable bond strength,which was especially suitable for direct bonding of more orthodontic appliances.

目的 研究用于正畸托槽粘接的树脂改良型玻璃离子粘固剂的抗剪切强度。方法  30颗离体前磨牙平均分为 2组。一组用树脂改良型玻璃离子粘固剂 (Advance)粘接方丝弓正畸托槽 ,另一组用复合树脂釉质粘接剂 (DM)粘接。 2 4h后用材料力学试验机检测两种材料的抗剪切强度 ,统计牙面上粘接材料的残留指数。结果  2种粘接材料的抗剪切强度相似 [玻璃离子粘固剂为 (6 86 2±2 142 )MPa,复合树脂粘接剂为 (7 183± 3 2 0 5 )Mpa],差异无显著性。结论 体外研究中 ,树脂改良型玻璃离子粘固剂的抗剪切强度已达到复合树脂釉质粘接剂的水平 ,具有临床应用前景
