On the basis of the monolithic construction of the cold shield of refrigerator cryopump was studied in this paper. The movement of photon in refrigerator cryopump was simulated with the Monte Carlo method. The transmitting rate of the first cold shield and the absorptivity of the second cold shield to photon were calculated. Therefore the influence of the various transmitting coefficients at different locations of cold shield on shielding function was analyzed and in accordance with the physical model, the comparative calculation was made. At the same time, the approval on part of calculating. results has been examined.This study has some references on the design of the construction of the cold shield and the selection of process of its surface.

低温泵一级冷阵对外界热辐射的屏蔽效果将直接影响到泵的抽气速率、极限压强、抽气容量、致冷时间等抽气性能。本文作者从低温泵冷阵的整体结构进行全盘考虑,对致冷机低温泵一级冷阵的光屏蔽性能做了研究.作者用蒙特卡洛方法模拟光子在致冷机低温泵中的运动,从而计算出一级冷阵的光子透射率和二级冷阵对光子的吸收率,以此分析了冷阵表面不同部位上,不同的发射系数对屏蔽作用的影响,并根据不同的物理模型做了对比性计算,同时对部分计算结果进行了实验验证。得到了较为满意的结果。这项研究工作对低温泵冷阵结构的设计和冷阵表面处理工艺的选择具有一定参考价值。

The engineering application effect of refrigerator cryopump in the two different UHV facilities were exemplified in this paper. And the application effects of baffle surface under different surface treatment are compared. The experimental results demonstrated that the theoretical analysis is true, i.e the shielding function of the self-shielding baffle, its inside and outside surfaces polished and then coated silver were obviously superior to the surface painted with black.

制冷机低温泵的入口障板,是低温泵设计中的重要部件。障板对来自抽气方向的热辐射的屏蔽效果。将直接影响泵的各项抽气性能。为了提高屏蔽效果,文中重点分析了障板的表面处理问题,以期得到障板对气体分子的流导系数和热辐射透过系数这一对互相矛盾的因素之间的最佳平衡及最好的应用效果。 文中例举了低温泵在大小不同的两台超高真空(UHV)设备中的工程应用结果,并对障板表面在不同的处理情况下的应用效果进行了比较。实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性,即对于自屏蔽式障板,其内外两面均抛光镀银的效果明显优于表面涂黑的效果。

The construction of cold shield should provide ready access to the coated surfaces for the gases to be adsorbed thereon.Here the author analyzed this relationship between the construction of the cold shield and the pumping specifications of cryopump, the higher lever of the calculated values of the pumping coefficients which is 0.41 for N2 0.225H2 for were reached, construction parameters of the first and second cold shield were optimized especially for H2 the designed values greatly exceed the highest values of the by Dottey-Monte Carlo Method same

本文设计了一种口径为φ200毫米的可换式抽气面结构的致冷机低温泵,粘有吸附剂的抽气板用可拆紧固件固定,具有易装和更换的优越性,其冷阵结构使非凝性气体易流向吸附剂材料。作者分析了冷阵结构与低温泵抽气性能的关系,并用Oatley—MonteCarlo方法对一、二级冷阵结构参数进行了优化,使该泵抽气效率的设计计算值达到了较高水平,对 N2为0.40, H2为0.225,尤其对 H2,远远超过了国外同口径致冷机低温泵的最高指标(0.15)。
