In order to solve the volume contraction after cement slurry curing and preclude cement plug fracture,a new oil well cement additive is developed and optimized.The paper presents the action principle of the cement additive.Through field application in 56 wells,the result shows that the additive consumption is less,operation is simple and simulation effect is outstanding. And the effective ratio of cementing plug goes up to 92.9% from 22.7%.

为达到提高油水井打水泥塞施工有效率目的 ,采用在油水井水泥中加入添加剂来减少水泥浆稠化凝固后的体积收缩量及消除水泥塞裂缝。从这两方面进行油水井水泥浆添加剂的优选试验 ,到 2 0 0 0年共 5 6井次的现场应用表明 ,该添加剂用量少 ,见效大 ,施工简便 ,增油效果显著 ,使打水泥塞施工有效率由 2 2 7%提高到92 9%。
