本仪器是由X、Y直线坐标和X'回转坐标组成的三坐标测量系统。仪器采用坐标测量法,自动地测量回转类机器零件内外表面的直径、球半径、台阶长、锥度、复杂函数曲线以及圆度、直线度、同轴度等几何形状误差。本仪器的测量方法可以自动地修正机器零件的安装误差,按定义准确地求出各项几何形状误差,因此可以用精密三爪卡盘快速装卡零件,一次完成机器零件全部几何参量的测量

The functional relations between chucking force and constructural parameters of 3 jaw chuck are researched by statics method and contrast experiments are made on domestic and imported chucks. The result shows that the friction at contacting area between face spiral and jaw arc plays most important role on clamping force. The rest parts exist little effect.

用静力学的方法研究了三爪卡盘各结构参数与夹紧力之间的函数关系,并对 中外卡盘进 行了夹紧力对比实验。结果表明盘丝平面螺纹与卡爪牙弧接触部位的摩擦是影响卡盘夹紧力 的最重要的因素, 而其它各结构尺寸则影响很小。

The theoretical analysis and experimental studies of the positioning and fixing for a disc type work in a three jaw chuck in turning operation are carried out in this paper,and the necessary conditions in which the positioning state of the work will be kept in the fixing process are given.

对盘类工件车削时在三爪夹头中的定位装夹进行了理论分析和实验研究。并指出了工件在夹紧过程中,定位状态不被破坏的必要条件。
