The optimal process conditions have been proposed: c (NiSO 4)=0.5～1.5 mol/L, n (C 2O 2- 4)∶ n (Ni 2+ )=1.2～1.3∶1, pH=4～5, precipitation temperature is 45～55 ℃, calcination temperature 500～900 ℃, calcination time 4～6 h.
