油井采油机空抽问题是我国各大油田普遍存在的问题。基于优化算法的油井间抽控制系统是在对我国某油田进行充分调研和分析论证的基础上设计开发的兼顾通用性和经济性要求的新一代智能型油井控制系统。工程应用实践表明,该系统具有运行稳定、安全可靠、安装方便等特点,解决了油井采油机空抽、低效等问题,达到了降低采油机机械磨损、节约电能、延长采油设施使用寿命的目的。

针对抽油机井间抽制度难于确定、不便于执行的缺点,从分析油井间开机理入手,阐述了抽油机间抽控制的工作原理.结合低渗透油藏渗流规律,系统研究了抽油机在间抽过程中泵抽产量、沉没度以及液面恢复时沉没度随时间变化特点.通过数学建模、分析与论证,摸索出油井间开规律,为有效执行抽油机井间抽制度、提高泵效、节约电量、延长机杆使用寿命提供了一条新思路.
