Through the specific analysis of Association Rule, the important role of DM in the management of enterprises is further emphasized.

客户关系管理是数据挖掘重要的应用领域,包括客户获取、客户保持、客户价值提升的客户关系管理的各个方面.目前,面向客户关系管理的数据挖掘应用研究涉及应用功能、应用方法、算法、模型、数据处理、系统设计和开发等方面.阐述了数据挖掘在客户关系管理中的应用,通过对关联规则的具体分析,进一步明确数据挖掘在企业经营管理中的重要性.

The thesis applies such data mining techniques as clustering and classifying to customer value segmentation based on customer value matrix and brings forward a telecommunication customer segmentation method which can provide decision bases for telecommunication companies' customer maintenance and marketing. It also makes an experiment with samples,builds the classification model of customers of different value and draws the conclusion.

 把数据挖掘中聚类分类技术应用于基于客户价值矩阵的客户价值细分中,建立一种电信客户细分方法,为电信公司客户保持和营销提供决策依据.用样本进行实验,建立了各类价值客户的分类模型,得出结论.

The thesis applies K-modes clustering to customer value segmentation based on customer value matrix and brings forward a retail customer segmentation method which can provide decision bases for retail customer maintenance and marketing.It also makes an experiment with samples and draws the conclusion.

把数据挖掘中K-中心点聚类算法应用于基于客户价值矩阵的客户价值细分中,建立一种零售业客户细分方法,为零售超市客户保持和营销提供决策依据,并用样本进行实验,得出结论。
