This article deals with glass electrode made from "Cornning 015 Glass". The authors disscuss about melting, blowing, testing......glass processes, especially by using platinum crucible and stiring which guarantee the quality of the glass electrode. It has a high stability and a very small deviation between pH 2 to 9.5. The process described in the article certainly will give the mass production of glass electrodes a definite reference value.

水文叙述以康宁015玻璃为基础试制玻璃电极的研究,对于玻璃的熔制与电极的吹制及检验均加以说明。使用铂坩堝及进行搅拌是玻璃质量的可靠保证。用上述玻璃所制成的玻璃电极,在pH=2~9.5的范围内误差甚小,而且性能稳定,符合于对玻璃电极的要求。本文所述方法,对玻璃电极的大量生产有一定的参考价值。

The cup electrode solution arc method is a new technique for spectrographic analysis. With this we analysed a variety of slags as well as some steel samples. Fractional distillation is found to be absent. In order to improve the sensitivity and precision of this method the authors studied the transport of the vapor stream and distribution of arc temperature in the light source.

为了使超低量静电喷雾设备成为高效能的雾流感应充电系统,从基本原理上进行了分析,并对影响雾流电荷的主要因素,如电压、感应电极的构造和尺寸、喷液嘴的构造和尺寸、喷气嘴的配置和大小以及液体的成分和压力等加以叙述。在此基础上,对美国专利局1977年提供的一种静电喷雾喷头,介绍了其优点,并指出该喷头无论在感应电极的结构、大小或喷液口的形式、尺寸等都有进一步改善的余地,倘能根据本文所提各项准则,在构造上作更加完善的改进,则在性能上必可获得效益,显著提高。文末还对这种设备的发展方向提出了新的要求。
