According to different assemble patterns,the shear strength of bamako-curtain laminate has been studied in this article.The results have shown that the mixed film with UF resin and thin veneers can be formed in the laminate body,and that if thin and thick veneers are laid between each other, the shear strength will be much stronger with low variability.

Strengthened Bamboo/Wood composite laminated veneer lumber was manufactured from poplar veneer and bamboo curtains which were impregnated with low-molecular-weight water-soluble phenol-formaldehyde resin. The effects of assemble patterns,compression ratio, hot-pressing temperature and hot-pressing time on MOE and MOR of Bamboo/Wood LVL were studied. The results indicated that the four factors all had some effects on the physical properties of the LVL. The strengthened bamboo/wood composite LVL assembled with Z1type, the outer layers of the LVL were bamboo curtain,had the better physical properties, and its MOE and MOR were 13. 43GPa and 148. 13MPa respectively, increasing by 33. 63% and 56. 16% as compared with that of Z2,the outer layers were poplar veneer and the next layers were bamboo curtains. The optimum parameters for the LVL were gained in this study.

以杨木单板和竹帘为原料,采用低分子量水溶性酚醛树脂浸渍处理,通过干燥、组坯、热压等工艺制备竹木复合强化单板层积材。探讨了组坯方式、压缩率、热压温度、热压时间4个因素对竹木复合强化单板层积材弹性模量(MOE)和静曲强度(MOR)的影响。结果表明:表层为一层竹帘的竹木复合强化单板层积材的MOE和MOR较大,分别是13.43GPa、148.13MPa,与表层为杨木单板次表层为竹帘组坯方式相比分别增加了33.63%、56.16%。确定了竹木复合强化单板层积材较合理的制造工艺参数。
