本文对电厂干煤棚结构的选型原则作了详细介绍,结合台州发电厂干煤棚实际情况,提出了纵向带折的析线形网状筒壳结构形式。通过计算分析表明,这种结构形式比一般光面网状筒壳具有更大的刚度,杆件内力显著降低,能取得较好的经济效益。与此同时,文中时台州电厂干煤相网壳的杆件布置、网壳两侧开洞方法、网格的划分以及节点形式作了全面的介绍。本文还采用空间网格结构自动分析CAD系统对台州电厂干煤棚进行了结构分析和设计,得到了有价值的结论。

Abstract A comprehensive parametric analysis of stability behaviors of single layer lattice vaults with various geometric parameters has been carried out based upon non linear complete process analysis. Altogether 344 examples of real lattice vaults supported along the boundary, as well as 36 examples supported at two longitudinal edges, with length span ratios in a range from 1.0 to 3.0 and raise span ratios in a range from 1/5 to 1/2 and with consideration of initial imperfections and unsymmetrical...

As a result, practical formulae for predicting limit loads of lattice vault structures, very simple for application but based upon ‘accurate’ theory, were proposed.

本文有计划地对380例实际尺寸的单层柱面网壳进行了荷载-位移全过程分析,求得了它们的极限承载力。系统地考察了四边支承柱面网壳的矢宽比(矢高与波宽之比)和长宽比(长度与波宽之比)这两个主要几何参数对网壳稳定性能的影响;还系统考察了网壳初始几何缺陷和荷载不对称分布对其稳定性能的影响。通过这种大规模参数分析方法,较好地掌握了单层柱面网壳稳定性能的规律,在此基础上提出了供设计使用的实用公式。

This article gives description of how the technical renovation has been done to DZL2-10-A2 boiler at 804 Plant of Dexing Copper,which involves the vault structures,wall heat keeping materials and combustion air volume adjustment. Detailed analysis and comparison has been herein made to the energy consumption and economic operation of both preand post renovations.
