本文采用硫磺、过氧化物及高效硫化剂硫化体系,研究了反应性防老剂2-(N-异丙基-N′-苯基-对苯二胺基)-4,6-二硫基-均三嗪(IPPST)对顺丁橡胶(BR)的作用。通过红外光谱、~1H-核磁共振、扫描量热分析及物理机械性能测试,确证IPPST对BR具有优良的反应性、防老性及耐抽出性。用红外光谱和双波段扫描薄层色谱分析了IPPST与BR的反应动力学、结果表明IPPST与BR的结合率约为82%。当防老剂用量为7mmol/100克BR时,效果最佳。

本文研究了反应性防老剂——2-(N-异丙基-N′-苯基-对苯二胺基)-4,6-二巯基-均三嗪(IPPST)对丁腈橡胶(NBR)的作用。通过物理机械性能及化学流变学方程推算证明,IPPST对NBR具有优良的防老性能及耐抽出性能,用红外光谱研究了IPPST用量与其在NBR上结合率的关系,结果表明,当IPPST用量为7mmol/100克NBR时,结合率可达78.2%。从Brabender扭矩图及顺磁共振谱推测,IPPST和橡胶的反应,在DM、ZnO、及St体系中,属于离子型反应,而在过氧化物体系中,属于自由基反应。
