Zhong R-888 (Brassice napus) had the best resistance to stem rot, Zhong R-783 (B. napus) and Ning RS-1 (B.napus) had better ressitance than Zhongyou821 (B.napus). Three BC 5, near isogenic line (NIL) of with stem rot resistance were established by using Zhongyou821 as the receptor parent, and Zhong R-888, Zhong R-783, and Ning RS-1 as the donor parents. The resistance to stem rot was significantly different between the three NIL and Zhongyou821 at theP<0.01 level of significance. The fungi on seed ratios of the NIL were similar to that of their respective donor parents. Proline content of seeds was significantly different among the NIL at theP<0.01 levels of significance, respectively. Proline content of seeds of several randomly selected varieties of mustard, B.campestris, and the three sclerotiorum resistant NIL differed at the P<0.01 level of significance. The proline content is seeds of mustard was higher then that of the three sclerotiorum resisant NIL, B. campestris and susceptible B. napus.

The utilization of rapeseed stem rot(Sclerotinia.sclerotiorum) resistant varieties is the key tecknique of IMP for rapeseed stem rot.Study on its diversity will help us evaluate the resistance,yield performance and regional adoptation,use the resistant germplasm properly and make the sustainable strategy to control the stem rot disease.The multilocation trial for 8 resistant varieties was carried out in order to clarify the diversity of stem rot resistance and yield performance of varieties in different areas.8 varieties tested were from Anhui,Hubei and Guizhou.The locations of test were in Funan,Chuzhou,Hefei,Tonglin,Anqing and Yixian.Random complete block design with three replications was applied during 2000~2002.Flowering stage,yield and resistance were recorded and analyzed.Flowering stage of 8 varieties diversified greatly in the location of test.The lower the latitude of the location was,the earlier the flowering stage was.The start flowering in Yixian was 2 weeks earlier than that in Funan.Resistance of varieties to stem rot had larger difference.Disease incidence in Funan was slight(<10%),and that in Yixian was over 40%.During 2 years,Disease index of 01C26 and Qianyou 12 ranged from 15.91 to 18.29 and 16.74 to 17.45,and two varieties had durable resistance.Yield performance in difference years and locations appeared great diversity.Yield of 9909 and 9808 had larger difference than that of 01C26 and Qianyou 12,which had good stability and regional adaptation.

通过2年多点试验研究不同油菜品种对油菜菌核病的抗性及产量等方面的表现。试验品种来自安徽、湖北和贵州等地,在安徽南北不同生态区共设6个试验点。试验结果表明,油菜随着试验点纬度的降低,花期逐渐前移,在黟县点的花期比阜南点早2周左右,并且花期早的试点的油菜菌核病也较重,其中黟县点的发病率平均超过40%,阜南点发病率在10%以下。不同年份病害对产量的损失有很大影响,病害越重造成的损失越大,并且不同品种差异较大,其中01C26和黔油12年度间的差异小,20012、002年病指分别为15.91、16.74和18.29、17.45,产量也较为稳定,表现出较好的抗耐病性、稳产性和地区适应性。
