Imipenem was compared with other six cephalospirins against 888 clinical isolates including most of the aerobic and bacteroides fragilis by the dilution method. Imipemen exhibited great activity against all isolates tested in our test. The strains were recentelinical isolates,many of which were relatively resistant to other an-tibictics. Concentrations of 2mg/L or less of imiperem inhibited 90% of 888 clinical isolates. The activity of imipenem against Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Shigella dysenteriae....

Imipenem was compared with other six cephalospirins against 888 clinical isolates including most of the aerobic and bacteroides fragilis by the dilution method. Imipemen exhibited great activity against all isolates tested in our test. The strains were recentelinical isolates,many of which were relatively resistant to other an-tibictics. Concentrations of 2mg/L or less of imiperem inhibited 90% of 888 clinical isolates. The activity of imipenem against Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Shigella dysenteriae. Salmonella spp., Proteus mirabilis, Enterobacter aerogenes was essentially similar to that of cefotaxime, ceitazidime and ceftriaxone. Against Enter-obacter cloacae, Citrobacter spp. , Serratiaspp. , Acinetobacter spp, , Staphylococci au-revs, Staphylococci epidermides, Streptococci pyogenes, Streptococoi pneumoniae. Streptococci faecalis and Bacteroides fragilis, imipenem was more active than other antibiotics. Statistical results showed the lowest bacteria resistant rate to imipenem among tested drugs according to the standards of National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS).

对亚胺培南与其它6种头孢菌素对888株临床致病菌的抗菌谱及耐药率进行了比较。对于大部分需氧菌和脆弱拟杆菌,亚胺培南显示了强大的抗菌活性,特别对于部分对其它6种头孢菌素耐药的菌株也具有很好的抗菌活性。2mg/L以下的亚胺培南可以抑制90%菌株的生长。对于大肠杆菌、克雷伯肺炎杆菌、痢疾志贺氏菌、沙门氏菌属、奇异变形杆菌、产气肠杆菌,亚胺培南与头孢噻肟、头孢他定、头孢曲松的抗菌活性相似;对于阴沟肠杆菌、枸機酸杆菌属、沙雷氏菌属、不动杆菌属、金葡菌、表皮葡萄球菌、化脓性链球菌、肺炎链球菌、粪链球菌及脆弱拟杆菌,亚胺培南的抗菌活性强于其它6种抗生素。根据美国临床实验室标准全国委员会(NCCLS)推荐的标准进行耐药性调查的结果显示,本实验中细菌对亚胺培南的耐药率最低。

目的:探讨高渗透压培养基对细菌L型的诱导作用。方法:采用14种培养基对13种常见病原菌进行诱导研究,并对所诱导的细菌L型作了染色、过滤、返祖、电镜观察。结果:8种高渗透压培养基对其中的乙型溶血性链球菌、蜡状芽胞杆菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒沙门氏菌、乙型副伤寒沙门氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、阴沟肠杆菌7种细菌有诱导作用,并证实为细菌L型。而6种非高渗透压培养基对13种细菌均无诱导作用。结论:细菌L型培养基本身对细菌有选择性诱导作用,可能是使细菌L型阳性检出率增高的原因之一。

Objective To determine the resistance to 5 fluoroquinolones for isolates from skin infection.Methods The isolates were identified by ATB expression system and their susceptibility to antimicrobial agents was tested by Kirby Bauer.Results The rate of resistance to Ofloxacin,Sparfloxacin,Moxifloxacin,Levofloxacin,and Ciprofloxacin are all 0 in staphylococci aureus, Streptococci pyogenes,Ochrobactrum anthropi,Pseydomonase sp.and Escherichia coli,and 23.8% , 23.8% , 9.5% , 14.3% and 21.1%...

目的 了解 5种氟喹诺酮抗菌药物对皮肤感染分离菌的耐药情况。方法 用ATBExpression系统鉴定细菌 ,用纸片扩散法检测其对抗生素的敏感性 ,比较 5种氟喹诺酮抗菌药与临床常用抗生素的耐药性。结果 ①氧氟沙星、司氟沙星、莫西沙星、左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星对皮肤感染分离的金黄色葡萄球菌、化脓性链球菌、人苍白杆菌、假单胞菌及大肠埃希菌耐药率均为 0 ,而对凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的耐药率分别为 2 3.8%、2 3.8%、9.5 %、14 .3%、2 1.1% ;②庆大霉素、万古霉素、头孢他啶对葡萄球菌亦未出现耐药 ,而红霉素、阿奇霉素及青霉素耐药率均较高。结论  5种氟喹诺酮是目前临床上抗菌活性较高的一种广谱抗菌药物
