In order to meet the requirements of design and construction of the proposed "Ge-zhouba-Shanghai" ±500kV DC Transmission Project,the article deals with the lightning performance analysis and the choice of lightning protection measures for HVDC overhead lines.The author devotes much attention to the intrinsic peculiarities of DC transmission lines,and regards them as a basis for determining the anti-lightning ability and its design criteria.Some appropriate procedures are presented for the lightning performance evaluation and for the choice of anti-lightning measures.Finally,by means of the analytical procedures recommended by the author in this paper and in Reference [1],an anti-lightning design for the above-mentioned DC line has been performed.

为适应我国已决定兴建的葛洲坝至上海±500千伏直流输电工程的设计与建设需要,本文探讨了高压直流架空线路的耐雷性能分析方法和防雷措施选择问题。着重阐述应如何根据直流线路的固有特点,合理确定其耐雷能力与设计准则,提出适合于实际应用的耐雷性能分析方法和防雷措施选择方法。 最后,运用作者在本文和文献[1]中推荐的分析方法,进行了上述直流线路的防雷设计。

In analyzing the present situation of tank farms in China, the paper lists some unsafe factors. It makes suggestions in selection of tank types, layout of tank farms, enhancing the levels of design and construction management, capability of anti-lightning and fire protection, strengthening the research of fire extinguishing technology and the revision of existing codes and regulations.

从分析中国油库现状出发,列举诸多不安全因素,并对油罐类型选择及库区布局、提高设计施工管理水平、防雷及防火能力、加强灭火技术研究乃至修改现有规程规范提出了建议。

It is a long time sinee the people began to study the grounding effect of a rod or pole,but no one systematically dcaled with the impulse current distribution. This charactcristic is exactly nccessary for solving some anti-lightning problems. Based on the ground test this paper will systematicaly rescarch the impulse current distribution of long grounding body (rod or pole),the empirical calculating formulas are given simultaneously.

以往对接地极和接地棒的接地特性已进行了大量的研究工作,但是却很少涉及接地体上电量的分布特性,而这对解决某些防雷问题又是必不可少的.介绍了以现场试验为基础,对长接地体(棒/极)的冲击电流分布特性进行了较为细致的研究,并给出了相应的经验计算公式。
