It has been made clear that the compact type corn Yedan 13, compared to the flat type corn Shaandan 9, had the more total flowers, higher fertilization ratio, more endurance to high denities and greater sink capacity, and therefore the larger leaf area indexes, retention of higher net assimilation ratio and stronger source supply ability, and greater sink-source ratio,the more realization ratio of sink capacity of the fomer the more harmonization sink-source and hence the greater potential of yield.

对紧凑型掖单13号和平展型陕单9号在不同密度条件下群体库容量、源供应能力和库源比值与产量的形成规律研究结果发现,紧凑型比平展型玉米的总花数多,受精率高,耐密性好,库容量大,而且叶面积系数大,净同化率高。因而源供应能力强,群体库源比值和库容量实现率高,库源关系协调,产量潜力大。此外,提出了用群体库源比值,单位叶面积系数承受潜在库容量和库容量实现率作为衡量群体库源特征的综合指标。

玉米产量与吐丝期至成热期干物质积累量和这一阶段群体库源特征密切相关。紧凑型玉米比平展型玉米,吐丝至成熟期的于物质积累量高3087.6-4525.5kg/hm ̄2,群体库容量大(1322.6-1516.8g/m ̄2),源供应能力强(1073.0-1168.8g/m ̄2),库源比值适宜(1.45左右),因而籽粒产量相戍提高了2214.0-2716.5kg/hm ̄2。玉米品种改良的关键是提高吐丝后群体物质生产效率和光合生产效率,同时使群体库源关系协调发展,相对平衡.

The relationship between the changes of sink-source and water use efficiency ( WUE ) in wheat ( Triticum aestivum L ) was studied under the conditions of increasing the ratio of sink/source by cutting leaves and changing grain number of male sterile and male fertile line. 以小麦雄性不育系和可育系为材料,通过人工授粉、去叶等处理,改变源和库的大小,对库、源变化与水分利用效率的关系进行了研究,结果表明,库/源、穗粒数及叶片光合强度均与水分利用效率呈正相关。增大库容(穗粒数、粒重)及源的供应能力(灌浆期光合强度)均有利于水分利用效率的提高。
