Objectives:Though studying the effect of ethyl acetate extract of sappanwood on the level of IL-2 in peripheral blood of cardial allograft rats, discuss sappanwood acetic acid ester extract resisting urgent repulsion function and mechanism,in order to provide theoretics of sappanwood biology alive componential immuno-suppressive function.
Objectives: In this study ,throuth the expression both the cardial GrB that Sppan acetic ether extract to cardial allograft of SD rat and kidney TNF mRNA that MsPGN rat and the correlative indexs by means of microscope and RT-PCR, scope the immunate resist function and possible mechanism. Results: Sppan acetic ether extract can enlong the living time of the cardial allograft rat,refrain the expression of cardial GrB mRNA; reduce the pathology injure of cardiac ,the group CsA is better than Sppan acetic ether extrac;
Purpose: In this study,through researching the distrbution of the sppan acetic ether extrect in the heart and liver , kidney, spleen, thymus gland of the cardial allograft SD rat.Method: In this study, Adult heart clear inbred strain closed colony SD rat is the receiver, wistar rat is the provider, the sum is 15 respectively.
