So, this text is based on the combination of military traffic geography and geographical information system, and realizes analysis and evaluation of military traffic geography through establishing mathematical model.

This paper firstly presents the conception and the process of optimization design,and analyses the advantage of MATLAB optimization toolbox in solving optimization problem. Then this paper designs and implements an optimum investment project through establishing mathematical model, choosing an algorithm named Sequential Quadratic Programming, utilizing a nonlinear restraint function in MATLAB optimization toolbox and programming in MATLAB.

In the proposed model of lacustrine delta,cross-section of river bed is taken as a rectangle,the river month is considered as a sprayer,and the water flow from the riv- er into lake will be simulated by a free jet.Because downstreams of the most natural rivers are in the form of open-flow,the center flow line on the vertical section will be regarded as a 2-dimensional plane jet when the water flows into the lake.Take the calculated velocity-distribution along the center profile along the direction of flow bo- undary condition for such 2-dimensional jet,velocity components in the direction of the water flow and those along the river section transversely can be determined.If the debris carried by the river are regarded as ideal particles,and then the deltaic bo- undary,morphology in vertical section,and change of sediment sorting,under different hydrodynamic conditions of the river and lake,are calculated by the same tracing me- thod used in ballistic missile. To make correct and reliable mathematical models for single-component is of great importance, because they are the basis of multicomponent models.In this work the equilibrium data were obtained for the extraction of dysprosium from HCl-H_2O solutions by 1M P204 (D2EHPA) in kerosene. The ionic strengh in aqueous phase(Ⅰ) and the fraction of mole concentration of hydrochloric acid(Y_H)were chosen as variables.The following mathematical model for predicting distribution coefficients (D) for dysp: osium was presented: D=3.1001 I~(-1.7870) Y_H~(-0.6129) Applicable ranges of above mentioned model are 0.1～1 M dysprosium. and 1～3 M HCl respectively (equilibrium concentrations). The relative error is 3.93％.The model can provide correct prediction for distribution equilibrium concentrations. The model has a simple type and is very convenient to calculate. After correlating with T. K. Ioannou's data, it seems that the type of the model is suitable for other rare earth elements in same system.
