A series of computer programs have been developed and a lot of experimental results have been adopted in order to prove the computed results given by the authors. In addition, two steel models of tubular Y-joints have been tested and the results are very interesting.By the statistical analysis, it has been shown the theoretical method proposed here is more reliable than the empirical formulae in common use for predicting the limit capacity of tubular joints.

本文运用壳系结构极限分析的基本理论,对近海平台支管受轴压作用的T、Y型管接头及两支管受拉一压联合作用的K型管接头的极限承载能力进行研究,并编制了相应的专用计算机程序。为了验证本文的理论计算结果,作者引用了国内外大量试验结果。鉴于Y接头强度试验的详细资料所见不多,作者还进行了两个Y接头钢质模型的静强度试验,获得了不少有意义的第一手资料。为了进一步验证本文理论计算的可靠性,作者还对40个T型管状接头进行理论计算,并以极限载荷理论计算值与实验值之比作为统计变量,对本文理论计算方法及国外研究机构与学者所提出的六种T接头极限载荷计算方法的计算结果进行了精度统计。结果表明,从精度的统计意义来看,本文理论计算结果的可靠性优于国外同行所建议的方法。最后,作者根据本文的计算结果,对已有的若干经验公式提出了修正意见。

In this paper the cyclic stress-strain curve of the nodu-lar cast iron QT60-10 was obtained by the fatigue tests. It is shown that the material has asymmetric behavior in tension-compression loading, non-Massing behavior and cyclic hardening. A method was suggested, which established a relationship between stress range and strain range. Using this relationship, the variation of the hysteresis loops can be satisfactorily described.

对于球墨铸铁制成的机械零部件,其低周疲劳性能数据是疲劳设计的重要依据,本文对高强球墨铸铁QT60-10进行了疲劳试验,获得了应力-应变特性曲线,说明该种材料的低周疲劳特性具有拉-压不对称性,非Massing特性和循环硬化等特性。文中还提出了建立应变范围Δε和应力范围Δσ之间的关系,可以很好地描述稳定状态的滞后回路曲线。
