Formulates the concept and theoretical method of air distribution for clean rooms with leakage preventing layer, which decouple filtration, sealing and air distribution actions of a high efficiency filter. Actual examples show that the air distribution type can enlarge the all distribution ratio of piston flow in a unidirectional flow clean room and strengthen the main flow zone characteristics of air distribution in a turbulent flow clean room.

提出采用阻漏层进行洁净室气流分布的概念及理论方法,顺利实现了高效过滤器过滤、密封、气流分布作用的解耦。应用实例表明,该气流分布方式能增大单向流洁净空间的活塞流满布比,强化乱流洁净空间气流分布的主流区特性。
