These implants installed in dog's mandibles were loaded with the orthodontic force of 150g for 3 months. The stability of the implant and the peri implant neck tissue were investigated with radiograph and index evaluation. The findings demonstrated that no implant was mobile or loose or dislocated. The soft tissue around the cervical part of the implants had a slight inflammation because of bad oral hygiene and the stimulation of residual food attached to the stainless string. However, no resorption of marginal alveolor bone was found under sustained orthodontic force. The above results suggest that the HA coated titianium implant can be used as anchorage for short term orthodontic treatment.

为探讨羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层钛种植体作为正畸支抗的可行性,将HA涂层钛种植体植入狗颌骨内,施以150g正畸力,采用X线照片定位测量及种植体周围临床指征的动态观察,了解支抗种植体的稳定性、颈部软组织健康状况及颈部骨量变化。结果显示:种植体无松动、脱落,不移动;颈部软组织存在轻微炎症,但对颈部骨组织无影响,骨量未发生改变。提示HA涂层钛种植体可作为支抗用于短期的口腔正畸治疗。

Objective To investigate the relation between osseointegration and stability of three kinds of implants used as orthodontic anchorage in dogs Methods HA coated, titanium coated, and uncoated titanium implants were inserted into each femur of two dogs After heal period of three months, the orthodontic force of 200 g was applied by means of Ni Ti springs, which were connected to the two adjacent implants, for two months The position change of implants was measured and calculated The shear bond strength of interface between implant and bone was measured with push test The interface was observed with scanning electronic microscope Results The distance changes of HA coated, T coated and uncoated groups were –(-0 50±1 78) mm, (-0 05±1 76) mm and (0 29±1 77) mm, respectively, which showed no statistical difference The shear strength values were (2 88±0 55)MPa, (1 89±0 81) MPa and (2 14±0 49) MPa, respectively HA coated implant contacted with bone closely and the bond strength was the highest. The other two implants were found no significant difference in bond strength. Conclusion The osseointegration was found at the interface among all three kinds of implants and bone and no displacement was found during application of clinical orthodontic force

目的 考察正畸支抗种植体的骨整合与稳定性以及二者之间的关系。方法 将HA涂层钛种植体、钛浆喷涂钛种植体、未涂层钛种植体植入狗股骨 ,愈合期后施加 1 96N正畸力 2个月。测量施力后种植体的位置变化和种植体—骨界面的剪切结合强度 ,用扫描电镜观察界面。结果  3种种植体位移分别为 (- 0 5 0± 1 78)mm、(- 0 0 5± 1 76 )mm、(0 2 9± 1 77)mm ,统计学分析结果显示 ,还不能认为 3种种植体出现移动。 3种种植体—骨界面的剪切结合强度分别是 (2 88± 0 5 5 )MPa、(1 89± 0 81)MPa和 (2 14± 0 49)MPa。HA涂层种植体与骨紧密结合 ,其界面结合强度最高 ;另外 2种种植体与骨的结合强度差异无显著性。结论 虽然HA涂层种植体与骨结合最牢固 ,但 3种种植体—骨界面均可形成骨整合 ,在常规正畸力作用下不会发生明显移动。本项研究结果表明 ,种植体可用作短期的正畸支抗。

One case was treated with paralleling of the root of adjacent teeth, and the osseointegrated implants were used as the orthodontic anchorage in left two cases.Conclusion: Orthodontic treatment for implantology is peculiar and different from traditional treatment, which can create good conditions for implants rehabilitation. Therefore, implantology is gradually in tegrated into orthodontic treatment concepts.

目的 :分析进行种植体修复患者的正畸治疗 ,总结出该类患者正畸治疗的必要性和治疗特点 ,有效地指导今后的临床工作。方法 :选择40例需要种植的患者 ,男16例 ,女24例 ,年龄17~45岁 ,平均33.5岁。患者缺失牙1~10颗不等。对其种植前的正畸治疗进行分析。结果 :本组病例中25 %的患者需要直立倾斜的磨牙 ,12.5 %的患者需要集中修复牙间隙 ,15 %患者宜开展修复牙间隙 ,压低伸长的磨牙 ,解除前牙反牙 ,减小前牙深覆牙列综合治疗的患者各占10 % ,2.5 %患者需要平行牙根移动 ,以利于种植体的植入。而有2例患者可以种植体为正畸支抗 ,在正畸治疗结束后进行永久种植体修复。结论 :种植体修复前正畸有其独特点 ,通过这些正畸治疗 ,为种植体修复提供了良好的条件 ,也进一步表明种植体修复和正畸治疗已互为一体 ,彼此融合的关系。
