The purpose of the present study was to determine if RSM has any effect on basic fibroblast growth factors(bFGF)in ischemic rats.Methods Rats were exposed to left middle cerebral occlusion for 90 min, RSM was given(15 g/kg ip.)immediately after reperfusion. After 48 h reperfusion brains were examined for histological damage and the basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)expression using immunohistochemical technique.Results bFGF-like immunoreactivity was significantly higher in left cerebral cortex,caudate putamen and hippocampus, and neuronal damages in these brain regions was milder compared with controls.Conclusions The results indicate that RSM as judged by bFGF-like immunoreactivity and neuronal survival may help to attenuate ischemic cerebral injury induced by reperfusion.

丹参作为传统中药治疗缺血性脑血管病具有良好的疗效,本实验研究丹参是否通过影响成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)起修复作用。用大鼠线栓法缺血再灌注模型及免疫组化方法,发现大鼠缺血90min、再灌流48h后,缺血侧皮层、尾壳核及海马区bFGF样免疫反应增加及神经细胞变性;缺血后给予丹参(15g/ kg)大鼠,bFGF样免疫反应加强,并且缺血对应侧脑区也可见轻度的bFGF样免疫反应改变,且神经细胞变性程度较轻。提示丹参对脑缺血再灌流的保护作用可能与它加强bFGF的修复作用有关。

为探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的发病机理。将16只新生猪随机分为正常对照组和HIE后24小时组,以分离的新生猪前脑皮层粗制突触膜(synapticmembrane,SPM)为受体制剂,检测两组动物SPM上谷氨酸受体(GluR),并同时查红细胞胞浆游离钙。结果发现HIE后24小时组的GluR最大结合位点数为12.4±2.1pmol/mg蛋白,明显低于正常对照组(17.4±3.1pmol/mg蛋白),亲和力(Kd)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而其红细胞胞浆游离钙〔2.01±0.18(F335/F385)〕却明显高于正常组(1.78±0.24),且病理学检查损害明显。结论:GluR及钙离子的变化参与了缺氧缺血性脑损伤的发病

To study the value of transcranial Doppler (TCD) on evaluation the hemodynamic status of Willis circle, 30 patients suffered from sphenoidal ridge mcoingiomas were studied. To study the value of transcranial Doppler (TCD) on evaluation the hemodynamic status of Willis circle, 30 patients suffered from sphenoidal ridge mcoingiomas were studied. The artery of Willis circle was examined by TCD pre-operatively and the results were compared with that of CAG or DSA. It showed that TCD was more sensitive than CAG or DSA in measuring vascular stenosis and more informations could be afforded about hemodynamic status pre-, intra- andpost-operatively. We concluded that TCD examination is an useful method for monitoring the circle of Willis and has clinical significance to prevent ischemic cerebral injury.

为明确经颅超声(TCD)在评价颅底血管血流动力学状态的应用价值。选用30例我科经治的蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤患者,术前采用TCD检查双侧Willis动脉,并与CAG及DSA检查结果相比较。结果。TCD较CAG及DSA敏感,能够在术前、中、后提供颅底血管血流动力学状态的详细信息。结论:TCD是评价Willis环血管状态的有效方法,对指导手术和防治缺血性脑损害有重要的临床意义。
