Reliable communication is vital for a diver. In this paper, a portable, self-contained wireless communication system is described. It can be used for underwater speech communication not only among divers but also between divers and their mother ship or the wreck submarine. Reliable communication is vital for a diver. In this paper, a portable, self-contained wireless communication system is described. This system consists of a transmitter, a receiver, an acoustic-control switch and pherical transducer (used as a projector as well as a hydrophone). The operating frequency is 50 KHz. The acoustic power radiated is 200MW (for diver's version )and 1 W (for theversionused on ship) respectively. Experiments showed that the maximum communication distance was greater than 200 meters and the maximum depth was limited to 60 meters.

On the basis of analyzing and reviewing the theory and method for the design of mobile communication system, this paper presents the computer aided design method and model for mobile railway communication system, which include the use of Egli model for designing the system indices of railway train wireless communication system in plains and hilly countries, the calculation method and computer program for predicting the field intensity along the railway lines in mountainous multi-tunnel districts by employing the UIC method, and the applied software of computer aided design for examining intermodulation interference etc. This has important significance for improving the quality of mobile communication design and expediting the progress of system design.

本文在研究移动通信系统设计理论与方法的基础上,提出用计算机进行铁路移动通信系统辅助设计的方法与模型;应用Egli模型进行平原和丘陵地区铁路列车无线通信系统的系统指标设计,和应用UIC方法进行山区多隧道地区铁路沿线的场强预测算法和程序;以及检验互调干扰等计算机辅助设计的应用软件。对提高移动通信设计质量,加速系统设计的进程有重要意义。
