The current canal leakproof techniques and their features, as well as the present status of the mechanized canal building at home and abroad were summarized. Comparisons were made between these techniques in respect of the leakpsoof effect and the building economy. It was demonstrated that the plastic filming is an ideal anti-seepage measure for the small-and middle-sized canals under the current economic conditions in China. The technological process for canal building with mechanized plastic filming was proposed and its key links and implementation scheme were indicated. The proposed technology of anti-seepage plastic filming can not only be used independently, but also be combined as a basis with other anti-seepage measures to achieve better results in water transport canal anti-seepage and anti-freezing, providing a basis for development of domestic water-saving agricultural field machineries.

分析总结了国内外现有渠道防渗的方法、特点及机械化筑渠的现状。从渠道防渗效果、筑渠经济性等方面进行比较,证实了中小型渠道塑膜防渗铺衬是我国当前经济条件下较理想的渠道防渗措施。提出了机械化铺膜筑渠的工艺与技术路线,得到了铺膜筑渠的关键环节和实施方案。塑膜防渗铺衬技术既可单独使用,又可作为基础与其他防渗措施结合,取得更加满意的输水、防渗和抗冻效果。

During filling stage, the average of water stored in 0~100 cm and 0~200 cm layer, plastic mulch retained 8.2 mm and 17.1 mm more water compared to without mulching, plastic filming in ridge and straw mulching in furrow retained 13.6 mm and 23.0 mm more water compared to without mulching. The treatments of plastic filming in ridge and straw mulching kept highly WUE. 

采用垄上覆膜集雨保墒、沟内种植的栽培方法,在半湿润易旱区的陕西关中红油土上进行了夏玉米田间试验,探讨覆膜集雨栽培对玉米产量、养分携出量及水分利用效率的影响。结果表明,覆膜集雨种植能明显提高夏玉米的籽粒产量、生物产量,有利于植株对养分的吸收利用;覆盖措施具有很好的蓄水保墒效果:在玉米灌浆期,覆膜使土壤0~100、0~200cm的贮水量分别比对照提高了8.2、17.1mm,覆膜覆草使土壤0~100、0~200cm的贮水量分别提高了13.6、23.0mm,覆膜覆草处理的集水效果更为显著,水分利用效率更高,平均每消耗1mm水分可生产玉米籽粒比覆膜处理提高了8%。

Both plastic film and straw mulching during summer fallow + filming hills and sowing in furrows during growth period had the best effect on above aspects.
