Effective-energy economy method and heat transfer reinforcement technology was introduced in this article. The optimization of the reboiler in the thermal integration of ARGG and gas fractionation plant was designed and the mathematic model of effective-energy economic optimization was built which took into account the Effective-energy loss during heat transfer, flowing and heat transfer reinforcement.
