The structure of Ni-S catalyst used for hydrogenation of oils and fat was studied with Ni-K edge extended X-ray absorption fine structure(EXAFS) speetrophotometry. Tt was found that after the Ni catalyst was poisoned with sulphur, the compound of Ni3S2 was formed, and the 3CN space of Ni was occupied by S. The addition of sulphur decreased the activity of Ni catalyst, however, it exhibit a high selectivity for the formation of trans-oleate.

用EXAFS法测定了Ni-S油脂氢化催化剂的结构。Ni催化剂被硫中毒生成了Ni_3S_2,致使由3个Ni原子组成的空穴(3CN)数目减少,这样虽引起该催化剂的活性降低,但却提高了油脂氢化对生成反式油酸酯的选择性。

By Sketchy Method Alternately(SMA) rate constant of oil and fat hydrogenation reaction was calculated,and furthermore Selectivity Ratio(SR) of linoleate and linolenate was calculated respectively in the paper.The experiment showed that SMA was a reliable and convenient calculation method.Through analysing and comparing method of analytical computation and method of diagram estimation in literature SMA was affirmed,and the limitation of method of diagram estimation was indicated in the meantime.

提出迭代作图法,用以计算油脂氢化反应速率常数,进而计算三烯酸(酯)、二烯酸(酯)的选择性比(SR)。实验证明:迭代作图法是一种普适性的较可靠的计算方法。通过对文献上解析法、图解估算法的分析比较,肯定了迭代作图法,同时指出图解估算法应用的局限性

Many efforts are put on the exploitation of the by products of vegetable oil and fat.And the production and analysis of phytosterols are the main focus.Based on the current experiment, the analytical methods including TLC,VS,GC and HPLC are summarized and improved.The analysis of phytosterols can be completed by the relevant method.

植物油脂副产品的开发利用受到人们的重视 ,其中甾醇生产和甾醇分析也日渐受到研究者的关注。本论文以实验为依据 ,综合并改进了薄层色谱法 ,可见光比色法 ,气相色谱法 ,液相色谱法等分析方法 ,通过这些方法可以完成混合植物甾醇不同要求的分析。
