本文研究了高铝氧电瓷材料的破坏机理,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),电子探针(EDX)及声发射方法(AE)研究了高铝氧电瓷材料的断裂源,断裂过程,断裂形貌和声发射特性;测定了高铝氧电瓷材料的断裂韧性k_(1c);并用统计的方法研究了它的破坏强度分布规律。不仅从理论上研究了高铝氧电瓷材料工艺、结构和力学性能间的相互关系,而且还研制出瓷质强度高于1800kg/cm~2,k_(1c)为1.65MN~(3/2),威布尔模数为23的高强度电瓷配方。

The paper deals with the fracture mechanism of high alumina electric porcelain. The fracture origins, fracture morphology, fracture process and the cause of formation of fracture origins have been studied by using of SEM and EDX. The distribution of bending strength of materials of different crack origins has been studied by statistical method.

本文研究了高铝氧电瓷材料的破坏机理。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电子探针(EDX)研究了高铝氧电瓷材料的断裂源、断裂过程、断裂形貌以及断裂源的成因,并用统计方法研究了断裂源不同的材料的强度分布规律。

For tens of years. all the batching systems used in electrical carbon industry were either manuslly or semi-automatically opersted ones. with poor precision and dirly production environment. The system which will be described here in after is the allautomatically batching system which first applied suceessful to electrical carbon industry. It increasing precise not only, but also makes the environment clean, thus it bring about both economic and social benefit. and can use in many other fields such as chemical,pharmaceutical....
