Acoustic emission rate has been measured during proof tests of electric porcelain, the attenuation law of AE rate at constant load has been inferred from fracture mechanics of ceramics. This law was in good agreement with the result of test for electric porcelain. Therefore, it is possible to predict strength of ceramics using AE non-destructive testing.

检测了验收试验时电瓷的声发射计数率,根据陶瓷断裂力学推导了恒定负荷下声发射计数的衰减规律,这一规律被实验结果很好地证实.可见,用声发射无损检测法对陶瓷材料进行强度预测是可行的.

The feasibility of firing high-strength aluminous electric porcelain in oxidizing atmosphere is proved by experiments,and the microstructure of porcelain is investigated by XRD and SEM.The results showed that the main crystal phase texture and distribution,the grain shape and size, pore and glass phase is the main factor that affect the mechanical strength of the material.

本文在对萍乡本地电瓷和化工填料企业以及广东沿海地区各陶瓷生产企业充分调研的基础上,并结合萍乡高等专科学校实际情况,对比高职高专与普通高校的区别和联系,论述了高职高专材料工程技术专业具有职业性、技术性、地方性、行业性等特色,提出了高职高专材料工程技术专业应从“特色、质量、技术、能力、合作”几方面形成特色的观点。
