Prediction of handling capacity of a harbour in Zhejiang Province is carried out by integrating regression (curve fitting)with autoregression analysis. The Logistic growth function is used to fit long-term tendency of handling capacity. A model composed of the first autoregres-sion model AR(1) set up by using auto-correlation of the random error is recommended to be taken as the prediction model for harbour handling capacity.

应用回归(曲线拟合)与自回归相结合的分析方法,对浙江省某海港的吞吐量进行预测。选用增长函数Logistic曲线描述其长期趋势,并与残差的一阶自回归模型相结合,构造叠合模型作为港口吞吐量预测模型。

Based on a study of the rectification of the inflection point of curves, fuzzy compensation and the optimistic and pessimistic estimate of the production trend, fuzzy forecasting techniques of logistic curves are developed.Inspection of examples shows that the techniques,easy in operation and generally applicable,are ideal for forecasting harbour handling capacity.

本文通过对Logistic曲线拐点的调整、模糊补偿和生产趋势乐悲观估计等方法的研究,建立了Logistic曲线Fuzzy预测方法。经实例检验表明,该方法具有可操作性好、通用性强的特点,是一种理想的港口吞吐量预测方法。

Starting with the expounding of the concept of the statistics index and harbour production characteristics, this paper focuses on the discussion of the harbour handling capacity statistics requirement, which is the most important index in harbour statistics. The paper analyses various problems encountered in harbour statistics practices. The necessity and the method of the revision of the harbour handling capacity statistics requiremt are pointed out in this paper.

从阐述统计指标的概念和港口生产性质出发,依据我国港口实际情况,着重讨论了港口统计中最重要的指标——港口吞吐量的统计口径,并就统计实践中遇到的问题进行了分析,指出了对港口吞吐量统计口径进行调整的必要性以及调整的方法。
